Deuteronomy 29:29 KJV
There are things God has chosen to keep secret, and there are things He has chosen to reveal. Deuteronomy 29:29 reminds us that the secret things belong to the Lord, while the revealed things belong to us so that we may know and obey Him.
Faith does not require us to understand everything God is doing. It calls us to trust what God has revealed about Himself. We may not know the timing, the path, the solution, or the outcome, but we can trust God’s promise, rest in His presence, depend on His power, receive His peace, and trust His providence.
God does not call us to explain everything. He calls us to trust and obey Him.
When God is silent, His character has not changed. When we cannot understand His ways, we can still trust His heart.
We may not know what God is doing, but we know who God is. What God has revealed about Himself is enough.
