In No Longer Condemned, we are reminded of the life-changing truth found in Romans 8:1–4:

There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. – Romans 8:1-4 (ESV)

This message traces the story of sin and grace from Adam to Christ, showing how the Law revealed humanity’s problem but could never solve it. While sin brought death and guilt, God did what the Law could not by sending His Son to fulfill it perfectly and offer true freedom through grace. Through the finished work of Jesus, believers are set free from sin’s penalty and power, welcomed into righteousness, and invited to live under a new headship. This sermon calls us to stop living under self-condemnation and instead embrace the approval, joy, and peace that come from being fully accepted in Christ.
