This week in our BETTER series, we explore “Don’t Drift” from Hebrews 2:1-18. The writer of Hebrews reminds us that the greatest danger for believers is often not open rebellion, but gradual neglect. Like a boat that quietly drifts from the harbor, our hearts can slowly move away from Christ when we neglect prayer, Scripture, worship, and fellowship.
The good news is that Jesus has done everything necessary to keep us anchored. He became fully human, defeated sin and death through the cross, and now serves as our merciful and faithful High Priest. No matter how far we’ve drifted, Christ invites us to return and remain firmly anchored in Him.
Join us as we discover how to stay close to the Savior and live with confidence in the One who conquered death for us.
