Throughout Hebrews, we are reminded that Jesus is better!
Unlike the Old Testament priests, whose sacrifices were repeated and whose ministries ended in death, Jesus is our perfect and eternal High Priest.
Through His death and resurrection, Jesus accomplished what the Law could never do. He offered Himself once for all, providing complete salvation to those who come to God through Him.
Because Jesus lives forever, He continually intercedes for His people. Our hope rests not in our own efforts, but in His finished work.
Jesus is better. Jesus is enough. And Jesus is our Priest forever!
